Terms and Conditions
ALL SALES ARE FINAL unless item is damaged. Damaged items must be reported within 7 days. An authorization to return the item will be sent out within 48 hours. Oils, incense, may not be returned for a refund. Customer has the option of a refund for or replacement on damaged goods.Goods will need to be returned to the store before refund or replacement is sent out.
Delivery/Returns
Expected Delivery time is ten business days within the continetial US. Outside the US allow 14 business days for delivery.Allow 2-4 weeks for made to order items. Please see Terms and Conditons for Return policy.
Shipping and Handling
Items are shipped via UPS, USPS or the most expedient manner available.
